IMPORTANT UPDATES
One of A Kind Pets is responding to the current guidelines issued by Governor DeWine in response to COVID-19. We are considered a necessary business under the guidelines as we continue to care for the many animals who need shelter and safety. In accordance with national and state directives, our normal operations have been modified for both the Adoption Center and our Clinic. We know the vital role our pets play in our emotional health, and that role is more important during this time.
Dogs and cats are still in need of forever homes during this crisis. In our efforts to keep our employees, potential adoptees, and pets safe and well we have implemented new adoption procedures. We will be continuing with adoptions by appointment only. Please find the information about our new processes below.
If you have any questions or want to discuss ways you can help, please email our Executive Director, Kamelia Fisher, or call her at 330-697-6725.

Walk-ins are currently accepted at the Adoption Center, but please note your wait time is dependent on capacity at the time
Safety Precautions
Please wear a mask at our One of A Kind Pet Rescue Adoption Center and Clinic. Be aware that we do require social distancing at both of our locations. We are currently accepting donations. Please schedule a time for drop-off by calling the Adoption Center at (330) 865-6200. Thank you for your support!
Puppies and kittens need your attention and care. During this time of Shelter In Place it might provide you additional time to spend with your puppy or kitten. We ask that prior to committing to a new “family member” you consider the long term care of your furry friends.
Thank you for your understanding of the new procedures we have implemented in response to COVID-19.
